Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is only valid for clients over 18 years old who have an active Victor Chandler account meaning you must have had a real cash bet settled of at least £50 in the last 30 days.
   
2. You must claim within 30 days of your friend opening an account and them having real cash bets settled to a total of £50. You will need to fill out the claim form on our web page, and then your account will be credited with a £25 Free Bet within 2 business days after your friend’s bets have been settled.
   
3. The friend that you refer cannot be an existing client with Victor Chandler or any of our partner sites or be a member of your family.
   
4. Your friend has to open an account after November 1st 2007 and bet at least £50 in real cash within 30 days of opening.
5. You can refer a maximum of 5 friends.
   
6. The offer is only valid for Sport Book bets.
   
7. The free bet of £25 will appear in your account as a Promo Cash balance. Promo cash can be selected to be used at the bet slip stage of placing any bet.
   
8. Any profit that exceeds your stake from a winning bet placed with promo cash will be returned to your real account balance, however the promo cash stake will not be returned with the profit from the winning bet. Please disregard the estimated returns on your bet slip when using promo cash.
   
9. Your promo cash bets should be placed separately from account balance bets.
   
10. You have 30 days to use your promo cash once credited to your promo cash balance, if you do not use it in this period your promo cash balance will return to zero.
    
11. The identity of a customer will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Victor Chandler reserves the right to withhold any bonus payment if it believes that the promotion has been abused and/or where the terms of the offer are not fulfilled, or any irregular betting patterns are found.
    
12. The offer is open only to the residents of those jurisdictions where participation is legal.
    
13. This offer is only available to residents of Great Britain and Ireland.
    
14. Victor Chandler reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, without prior notice.
    
15. The decision of the Victor Chandler is final

Promo Cash

1. Promo cash can be selected and used at the bet slip stage of processing confirmation.
   
2. The profit from a winning bet placed when using promo cash will be returned to your real account balance; however the promo cash stake will not be returned with the profit.
   
3. Please disregard the estimated returns on your bet slip when using promo cash.
   
4. Your promo cash bets should be placed separately from account balance bets.
   
5. An expiry date will be attached to all promo cash; once credited to your betting account. If you do not use it in this period your promo cash balance will return to zero.
