Q: Will I have to open a new affiliate account in your new system?
A: No, your current account will be migrated to the new system

Q: Will my Username / Password change?
A: No, they will remain the same

Q: Which commission structure will I benefit from on the new system?
A: You will be assigned the same commission structure as you currently have

Q: Will I be able to benefit from the new commission structures?
A: Yes, contact us after the switch to the new system and we’ll evaluate the situation

Q: Will I have to change anything on my website?
A: Yes, we strongly encourage you to use our new and improved marketing materials which will be made available to you. This will allow you to benefit more from the new software.

Q: And what happens if I don’t change anything?
A: The current tracking solution and banners will still work, but for a limited time – don’t worry: you will be notified as to when this is to occur.

Q: Will all my data be migrated in the new system?
A: We advise you to save all your historical data (reporting, financial transactions) as these won’t be available in the new system. However you will still have access to the current system for a limited time after the switch. Again, don’t worry: you will be notified as to when this is to occur.
